Pedro Manuel
Director Of Operations, Partner
Our Head Legal Director. Portuguese, born and raised, based in Lisbon! After graduating law school in 2004, Pedro went straight to Deloitte’s tax department in Lisbon. Working diligently with the firm for 4 years. After this stint Pedro then joined a leading and renowned law firm Vieira de Almeida. After two years of of working in their tax department, later Pedro joined MilleniumBCP, the largest private banking instution in Portugal as a direct advisor to the board on tax matters. Following this and wanting to jump into more nuanced and diverse matters, Pedro began working with DLA Piper Portugal. After spending so many years working with large corporations, banking instutions he decided to veer his talents to help individuals. The payback, he says, is much more rewarding. So Pedro embraced the idea of becoming a sole practioner. His carrer florished advising mainly private high net worth individuals, their families and their businesses. Pedro is one of our most important figures and here at OnCorporate we feel lucky to have a young man with his talents and values.
Telma Romão, CFO
Director Of Finance
Telma Romão is our Chief Financial Officer at onCorporate SA. With a rich background in financial management and procurement, Telma has been a certified accountant with us since 2006. Her career began in the purchasing department at Reckitt & Colman, now known as Reckitt Benckiser. Following this, she managed billing, payroll, treasury, and raw material procurement at Fildom Produtos Químicos e Alimentares. Since 2021, Telma has taken on additional responsibilities, further enhancing the company’s financial aspects. We are proud to have her expertise and dedication as a cornerstone of our financial operations.
Sofia Freire
Senior Accountant, CPA
Sofia Freire, a Senior Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), brings a wealth of experience to our team. In the 1990s, she began her career with the Spanish Insurance Group. She later handled accounting at a Professional School, where she also completed the Training of Trainers course, gaining valuable experience as an instructor. Sofia then moved into consulting, specializing in investment projects under the 2nd Community Support Framework (QCA II). Following this, she served as the Financial Manager for an automotive company, overseeing the Parts, Workshop, and Sales departments and contributing to a Quality Certification project. For the past 16 years, Sofia has been a dedicated Certified Accountant at onCorporate SA, where her expertise continues to be an invaluable asset.
Ana Candido
Tax Manager
Ana Candido is our experienced Tax Manager at OnCorporate, with over 11 years dedicated to the firm. She specializes in individual taxation in Portugal and international mobility. Before joining OnCorporate, Ana honed her expertise at EY in People Advisory Services and Deloitte in Global Employer Services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from ISCTE-IUL and a postgraduate degree in Taxation. Ana provides consulting and compliance services to over 100 clients in Portugal, ensuring they navigate complex tax landscapes with confidence.
Celia Salomé
Head of Human Resources
Celia Salomé has been the Head of Human Resources at OnCorporate since January 2019, managing a diverse client portfolio. She has extensive experience in payroll administration for medium and large enterprises. Previously, Celia was the Human Resources Manager at AGIL, LDA, where she supported accounting and taxation of companies from 2016 to 2019 in Torres Novas. She has significant expertise in handling professional internships and the submission of official surveys and statistics such as the Unique Report and Job Vacancy Statistics. Celia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology of Labor from the University of Évora (1997) and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from INDEG – ISCTE (2004).
