The General Tax Administration (AGT) published a communication to the taxpayers, in order to inform that, from January 1st, 2021:
- issuing invoices printed typographically is no longer permitted;
- issuing invoices concerning the financial year of 2020, even if though an invoicing software, is no longer permitted; and
- it is mandatory to issue invoices with numbering and chronologic sequence, with reference to the financial year they respect to.
The AGT further informs that failing to comply with any of the above-mentioned obligations shall not allow the respective cost to be accepted.
